YOUR FITNESS NEEDS:

Just two 20-minute, Slow-Motion Training sessions per week give you the full benefit of our unique strength training program. Your strength trainer will guide you through a series of five to six exercises performed on specialized medical equipment during each session. Using extremely slow and precise movements, each machine will work specific groups of muscles. The slow movements and supervised sessions make this an ideal exercise for anyone – regardless of age. After your 20-minute session, you will have worked your entire body head to toe!

WE ARE NOT A GYM
Our fitness center is very different from what you might expect. There are no mirrors, music, or crowds. The sessions are semi-private, so you won't need to worry about anyone watching you work out other than your personal trainer. The exercise room is also laid out in such a way that even other clients in the room can't watch you.
NO SHOWERING? NO PROBLEM
Our facility is kept cool with well-circulated air, so most likely you will not even perspire. That means there is no need to shower or change clothing. (OK, after reading this you might think this sounds a little gross! But, because the room is kept cool with circulating air, people rarely break a sweat.) Many clients work out before work or during their lunch hour (with plenty of time to spare) and go right back to the office! (Private changing rooms with lockers are provided if needed.)

We believe that having a strength trainer guide and encourage you through your entire session will help you safely and quickly reach your fitness goals. Every second of your exercise is skillfully monitored to ensure that proper form is maintained, keeping the exercise completely safe.
